BOOKING POLICY
- Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for all new procedures. This deposit will be deducted from the total price on the day of your appointment. - Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice. This policy is strict and non-negotiable. - Rescheduling Policy
Clients are allowed one reschedule while retaining their deposit, provided that the rescheduling request is made by the end of the day they were originally booked for. - Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your procedure to accommodate the next client, which may affect the final outcome. - Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.
